It’s a busy time for FHS this semester. Our campus is hosting several events here in the next couple of weeks.

First off, juniors are taking the ACT on Tuesday, February 28.

HOSA is hosting a diaper drive. Diaper donations can be dropped off in OPL 3A or Nurse Joey’s room.

The FHS Winter Guard program is hosting the Mid-Continent Color Guard Association competition on Saturday, February 25. This is the only color guard competition of this nature in Arkansas. The performances will start at noon in Bulldog Arena. Admission is $7 for adults, $5 for students and senior citizens, and children under 5 get in free. More information can be found at https://mccga.org/february-25-2023-fayetteville-hs/.

The library is hosting its 2nd annual Mario Kart Tournament on March 10 during advisory. Students can sign up in the library or with the QR codes on flyers around the school building. The deadline to sign up is March 3 and the participants will be chosen on March 6.

On Tuesday, March 7 Student Council is hosting a soccer tailgate. It begins at 4:30 and will take place at the gravel lot between Harmon stadium and the baseball field. The game against Siloam begins at 5:30.
